WithCompass will be the entity responsible for collecting the personal data of its candidates and partners and, with their consent, may share them with third parties, always in a proximity and rigor, in the context of the need for Consulting and Human Resources Management, and with a view to the common objective of recruiting and selecting candidates with the desired parity, for the candidates and for the partners, in the development of the business and the professional projects of each one.
"Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual person, including the name, e-mail address, address, title, date of birth, gender, occupation or any other data collected during the Human Resources Management course, applying naturally to electronic and personal communications, with the exception of sensitive data, for example those referring to philosophical or political convictions, party or trade union affiliation, religion, racial or ethnicity, as well as the processing of data on health and sexual life, including genetic or biometric data.
Data collected by WithCompass, which are freely provided, expressly and informally, by Your Holder at the time of submission of your Curriculum or sharing of other documents expressly intended to be part of the WithCompass database, are used to satisfy requests for search for candidates in the development of recruitment processes or the search for professional offers, to customize and adapt partnerships and to keep our partners updated, and are treated based on the consent of the candidates and partners, upon their need, and compliance with legal obligations to which WithCompass is attached.
Personal information collected by WithCompass, which is accessible at all times by the Card Holder, is stored in organized databases managed by the Personal Data Protection Officer and is only accessible as necessary and transmitted as little as necessary to achieve the common purpose, and may at any time be eliminated, taking into account their temporary and professional need, or respecting the right of the holder as to its erasure and right to forget, update, restriction of access and limitation, rectification or opposition to treatment, when the owner so expresses it, always giving him all the information and clarifications on the treatment of his personal and professional data.
